The theme for Sunday Night Journal 2025 is My Life Story.
It's a lovely way to look back at your life and record its highlights and the times that made you grow. Thoughtful prompts will guide you to write down memories from childhood/family/school to your professional life, from love and friendships to inspiration and life lessons. At the end of the year, you will have a beautiful and meaningful story of your life—to look back on, to pass on to your children, or to use as a basis for a memoir.
This year’s Sunday Night Journal journey is all about getting to know yourself better, knowing that your past choices have led to where you are now, and finding gratitude for the girl you were and the woman you are becoming.
The Sunday Night Journal 2025 is structured differently this year. Instead of a roll of washi tape, you will receive a pack of seven sticker sheets. Each sheet has different stickers that you can use for each Sunday night in the year. The sheets are numbered from 1 to 7 so you can follow the stages of your life and use each prompt as I had thoughtfully planned. Alternatively, you can randomly choose a sticker and answer the question calling to you.

- What is your favorite childhood memory?
- Write a letter to yourself on your college graduation.
- What was your first job like? How are you different today from when you first started working?
- Write about your first love.
- When did you surprise yourself?
- What is the best memory of a place you have traveled to?

There are three options for the Sunday Night Journal 2025. You can opt for:

Stickers only—you will receive a pack of seven sticker sheets. No journal included.

Milk Tea—The sticker pack will be bundled together with a copy of the Sunday Night Journal Volume 6 Milk Tea version. It has a latte-colored cloth cover with a debossed logo meant to evoke peaceful stillness and quiet comfort. No washi tape will be included.
- Dark Chocolate—The sticker pack will be bundled together with a copy of the Sunday Night Journal Volume 6 Dark Chocolate version. It has a dark chocolate brown cloth cover with a Scandi-inspired botanical print designed by Ella Lama. It is a visual reminder to make your journaling time fun and delightful.
What is the Sunday Night Journal? It’s a 52-week journal and self-care ritual so you can start the week with positivity, purpose and gratitude through mindful journaling and intentional planning.
