REIGNITE, RECLAIM AND RECREATE is a custom 90-minute workshop created exclusively for Canva's SEO team.

The format: Reflective, discussion-based, and experiential

Here are the components:
• Introductions: This will help the speaker grasp the energy of the group.
• Grounding and intention-setting: An invitation to slow down and set aside the "do more" mindset so as to create a sense of safety for insights and sharing.
• Reignite: Write your SEO love story—a moment or memory in their Canva journey that will reconnect them to their why. The stories will be shared with each other so as to shift the collective energy from panic to purpose.
• Reclaim: A discussion on mindset—what it means and the power of inside-out thinking. Tools to be used: Fear Factor worksheet and the Values Chart. These will shift their perspective on Al as tool or leverage and not a threat. Emphasis will be placed on establishing a growth mindset so as to be able to approach future challenges with power, curiosity, resilience, and adaptability.
• Recreate: Your daily creative ritual. We will practice a creative ritual they can use at the start of the workday or for every hour of Al use. This will rekindle curiosity and reinforce their mindset, helping them stay connected to their core values.
