Journal Your Heart: The Online Course is an eight-day bite-sized course to start or restart a sustainable and loving journaling practice, to explore different journaling styles and to answer the question: "What do I write?"

This is an online course. No physical product will be shipped to you. Payment options include Paypal, bank deposit or GCash. Fill up all the required information and on the payment page, you will be given the options to pay. Click on your preferred payment method and press "Complete Purchase." If you don't want to fill up the billing address, you can also just use XXXX for the details.

As soon as you complete your payment, you will receive an email, inviting you to set your user name and password. 

If you choose the BFF option, please include your friend's first name, last name and email address in the "Add a note to your order" box.

The course will begin on 2 April 2023.
